65 foot concrete pad, 50 amp, h2o....no dump (Thanks coastal Commission)...behind gates along side of home.

300 feet from the beach, right downtown, everything nearby. Unfortunately during the high season almost impossible to get the bus into the parking pad along side the house...heavy traffic, double parkers, blocked driveways, etc.
Pismo Coast Village within 1000 feet. Lots of other RV Parks, Restaurants, etc. No overnight parking on the streets or Wal-Marts, etc. in San Luis Obispo County.
