Yesterday while taking a time out from cleaning out my bays, I was looking at the knobs on the console for the cruise airs and noticed that one of the black switches (switch between power sources) had an inverter label that had been hidden in the shadows. I switched over to it, and presto changeo some of the ac components came on. I also heard what sounded like loud fan noises coming from one of the bays. It was the bay that was on the end of the gen set, and the noise was coming from a box (bread box in size) that was labeled Kohler. Anyone have an idea what that box might do?

Thanks in advance

Okay upon further review: I have Marine Corps ears and the source of a sound is a bit too subtle for me at times (most times) this sound is coming from a round device right next to the box labeled Kohler and it is a Honeywell DC to AC device i.e. an inverter! Going to look for information about this device and see what I can find out.
