Hi all,
We are SO very fortunate to have more news coverage supposedly airing tonight. CBS News with Katie Couric has produced a segment which includes shelters, rescues and our pilots. Please watch if you get this message in time!

There will likely be another set of coverage this weekend on Fox News, yes, the Fox News! They will likely air their story on Saturday and then throughout the day on Sunday, they will include segments of the interview I just finished filming along with the rescue flight that is taking place tomorrow. We are so THANKFUL, more coverage means more pilots which equals more animals helped~!

Ok, just heard from CBS, again, and this might in fact be pushed back due to some other breaking news.....maybe the snow storm, who knows, but until I hear back from them, I guess we just have to watch and see if it happens or if they postpone it! I am learning that the news media can be fickle :-)

Hi all,

Just heard from the CBS producer and we are slotted for the news tonight, 6:30 eastern. Still a caveat that we can get bumped at the last minute but looking good so far! If this one gets postponed tonight, I promise not to give you a heads up again--:D

Great coverage, those dogs are riding in some great GA aircraft(TBM-700), I always wanted to fly one when I was flying. This exposure is priceless.

I will thank you on Jon's behalf......his internet went out yesterday and is still not back on......at least he has TV and could watch the segment.

Jack, you are right, the TBM Steve flies is a "sweet" plane. He has a Cirrus SR-22 as well and flies to SC almost every week to bring a load of pups back to New York. The pilots who volunteer with us are amazing but the true heroes are the rescue volunteers.

I'm finally back. From Wed. nite until Saturday at 3:00. While Comcast did system maintenance and the winds tore down lines, my Comcast Modem was puking.

CBS did a great job and what nobody recognizes is Debi is behind the scenes working with the producers to make sure it is easy for them to connect with everybody that was on the video.
