That thing must be a really early model Liberty if it had OTR! Or were you making reference to the windows that slide down for fresh air. You know, like the cooling systems on the old model cars, four windows down at 55 MPH+, or 62.5 if you prefer!;) Gee that bus must have been really cool since it has lots more than four windows.
