I walked around this morning and made a few pictures of everyone cleaning their buses.

#1 Jon just arrived a couple hours ago, and he is getting his rig "Show" ready.

#2 Brian E. is making his first appearance with his new rig, so he is working on it, so it will look better than Jon's.

#3 Ken Z. just arrived also, and he is getting everything set up on the bus while trying to recover from someone ripping off the front of his new CRV with a U-Haul truck last night.

#4 Kevin Eron spent yesterday cleaning his bus, so it is just sitting under the trees looking "all pretty".

#5 I got to feeling guilty about everyone else working on their rigs, so I decided I should do something with my bus. I didn't really feel up to doing the manual work, so I punched the "Auto Clean" button on my high-tech CC and let it take care of itself.

Jerry has been out this morning getting things set up for the "under bus" sessions on Sunday morning and the oil rig tour. Earlier this morning, he got Tom to hold the water hose while Jerry washed his own bus.

Andre and Ann are here, but they work until 1 P.M., so I haven't seen them today. They hosted a snack and get-together around their bus yesterday evening.

The weather is sunny and breezy. The park is beautiful with rolling hills. Very clean and well maintained.

Dan and Jo, Ed and Sandy and Donald and Bonnie are making their way to OKC--one casino at a time. See you there tomorrow. Since your buses will all be clean by the time we get there, you should be available to take care of ours. :D

Chris and I, and " The Bark Collection" (2 Schauzers + Fox Terrier) will be blown in from the West tomorrow. Forecast is 35-45 mile an hour winds from the northwest with gusts to 60 in eastern Colorado and Western Kansas. To bad this coach didn't come with the "sailing option!":D

A few more pictures from OKC:

1. Truk has been parking buses. When Nancy isn't with him, he takes one of his other friends.

2. Several times, the buses have been lined up today while checking in.

3. Eric is instructing Debi on how to wash the bus.

4. Buses

5. More buses

1. After a couple years looking, Jim C. finally shows up in his new bus. The lighting doesn't do justice to the colors on the bus.

2. Some of us had to wash our bus out of a bucket or take it to the nearest wash facility. Others just shelled out their money and paid the detailers to do it for them.

3. Buses

4. Pavillion and Buses

It is really nice to finally put a face with the names of many of the poggers we have never met before.

If I am successful, here are some more photos from the evenings events. I'm sure others will be posting later as well. The first is Skiffer soliciting for members willing to join his family. Alice is cheering him on.

The amount of stainless on display here is unbelievable. If you can't get your fill here you just can't - period.

I have been looking at the POG pictures today. I really hate that we could not be there. It appears everyone is having a great time.

The parks looks greats and the buses look great. There are some really nice rigs there I see.

Where and when will there be another POG get together?

I will try not to miss the next one!

Thanks

The photos from everyone are fantastic! Rob shared with me the ones he took while at the rally. I will post those as soon as I can. Rob and Jamison enjoyed the rally and meeting everyone. I sure wish I could have made it! I stayed home with our 17 month old little girl. Maybe next time we will be there too! Thanks again to all who shared the photos, they are great. I will share ours shortly!

Here is the web link for you to view the slideshow of the pictures I took during POG VIII.

I did not attend the Rig Seminar so I did not get any of those pictures, but I hope you find yourself in some of the pictures I did take and enjoy them.

Remember it is best to run the slideshow to view these.

These are the same photos I had posted on my Picassa 3 web album, listed above.
