Hey POGgers,
We're still making our way to OKC, round about. We left Western Maryland this morning and drove into Pennsylvania and through the Allegheny's. Beautiful!! I can only imagine what this area will look like in a couple of weeks when the leaves start turning.
One of the things on our "to do" list today was the Flight 93 Memorial. The country roads leading up are not the most "bus friendly" roads, but that is a small price to pay in comparison. You all know the story. When we got suckered punched on 9/11, this was the first bunch of Americans to fight back. Many of you may have visited here already. For the others, enjoy these photos, and put this place on your "to do" list.
I was not in the service, I have never been a warrior. I pray that if I'm put in that position, these folks would be as proud of me as I am of them.
