Found the problem to be a shorted sat. tv dish switch which left the circuits on for 41 days. Batteries finally recovered by leaving shore power on and bulk charging the batteries, took 16 hours to bring them to 26.5v.
As an aside, I got an email from Parliament asking if they could lend me a hand, proving what a great company they are and also proving that POG is being monitored by some coach builders.
