When a new Prevost lighted rocker dash switch is to be installed, Prevost parts says use the old label.
How does one remove it from the old switch and install it into the new without damaging either.
It seems to be in a blind pocket. :confused:
DON'T PRY FROM THE TOP
The rocker part of the switch that contains the label desired will snap out of the old switch body. (the old switch)
Then with a small pointy tool pry "snap" out the opaque light diffuser under the label.
Next with a medium flat screwdriver tip gently push on the label from below and it snaps out.
Clean it up and snap it into the new switch.
