Trace inverter for sale

Hi All, a friend of mine in IL. has a new (2 week old) Trace Inverter for sale. He had trouble with one of his two and had to buy a new one to keep going. Then Trace in Nashville fixed his old one, so he has the new one for sale. Let me know if anyone needs a 4000 watt inverter. I'm trying to get him to join POG, says he has to get a new computer first.

I have to find out and post it. He just said it was a 4000 watt.

Dale, I am guessing it is the SW4024 if it is 4000 watt. It appears that the newer Xantrex models are 4500 watts. The max on 12 volt side seems to be the 3000 watt. I have a SW2512 that only inverts and will not charge. I replaced it when I found the cost of repair could be $800-900 with no warrantee. Ken

Ken, I replaced my 2500 inverters a couple years ago because they weren't charging. Alot of Lew Bucks. over 4 grand.

I got a hold of Tim and he said the inverter model # is SW4024, he said it's two weeks old. I didn't ask how much he wanted for it, thought he could talk directly to whoever was interested.
