I've been told by one of my close neighbors that they are very interested in selling their lot here at the Outdoor Resorts at Saint Lucie West.
And, their Liberty Coach, a 1998 I believe, is to be included in the deal for the lot.
If anyone would like additional information, please either send me an e-mail or private message.
Hi Paul, What are the lots actually selling for these days? Are there different levels of sites and pricing?

Lots are generally in the 100K area. Some unimproved lots are rumored to have sold at the 80K level, but if that is true, they were way below the norm.
The average last year was in the 150K range, with the best lots selling at over 200K. I think those days are behind us for quite a while. You can buy real nice, fully improved lots in the 160K area, with lots in the new section listed as low as 130K.
It is definitely a buyers market, as many lots are now offered with patio furniture and/or golf cars as inducements.
I have never actually been through the park. Next time I am in town I will drop over.

The Liberty Coach has been sold and it will end up in Canada.
The owner wants to sell his lot, as he no longer has a use for it.
This lot is almost across the street from me, on the golf course with a great view of the lake behind it. It is modestly improved with additional concrete, some landscaping and low-voltage lighting. The owner is asking 70K, which is below the market value of improved lots, especially lots on the golf course.

That would be Lot #486, which is the second lot from the pool on NW Boundary Drive.

Paul
Are there restrictions that would preclude re-plumbing/wiring lot for bow in config?

If the board approved, it would by an expensive project. A lot of concrete would be disturbed.
