We have just taken in a very nice 95 Marathon XLV for sale. Unfortunately the coach has a bad inverter. We need a Heart EMS 2800-24 Inverter/Charger. These were used by Marathon from about 1990-1996. We are having trouble finding someone to rebuild this unit, and would rather not replace both inverters, and the remote panel.

You will most likely get an answering machine when you call.
Don't hang up, start talking and he will most likely answer.

Steve he, over the phone, helped me troubleshoot and diagnose the problem, then coached me through dis assembly and I was able to send him only that main board without having to ship the whole thing. Glad you were able to contact him.
Is that price about what you expected or not?

I felt the price is reasonable since he is the only person willing to rebuild those units. He also indicated it could possibly be much less depending on what it needs. We will sell this coach with 3 options- sell it as/is w/the bad inverter, rebuild the existing inverter, or replace both inverters with more modern new equipment which will also require a new interior switch/monitor panel.

Steve, We replaced the Hearts in Tom's Liberty with Magnum 2800 Sine Waves. They were exactly the same size, the remotes were the same size also and the telephone type cables were plug in. Can't say enough good about them.
