I love the view of America from the driver's seat of the bus. I drive Courtenay crazy by asking her to take pictures out of the front window while we are driving. All of the following pictures have been taken from the front seat while on the road. Post some of your shots.

Loc,

Thanks for the pictures. We don't take enough out the front window, but here are a couple of mine. Grain elevator somewhere in Kansas, Canadien Rockies between Banff and Jasper, and Bluevost eastbound I-70 in Utah from the front window of my b-i-l rig.

Well I thought I would put on my montage of pictures of the beginning of POG III in Kerrville, TX. Lots of People Pictures, lots of Bus Pictures.

This was when I was in my 07 Discovery Rent an RV, and before I had my own bus, and the POGers were nice enough to let me hang with em. I'll bet there sorry NOW ! :D

When you open this site the best way to view the pictures is by clicking on the slideshow button. Then you can run it as fast or slow as you want.

By the way, I saw a red XL on I-10 in Boerne, Tx. either yesterday or today. Was it a Pogger? Who? First and only red Prevost conversion I have ever seen. Just curious. It might/must(?) have been the red one in the pictures posted by Gary Stevens today from the Kerrville Rally, I think.

Ken,

Ray Davis had a red XL, and Truk had a red marathon, but his had a design on the side. I think Ray's was plain.

This is what happens with a group of the older POG members on the way to Kerrville Rally. A pit stop.

The coach I saw was solid red above the waistline/SS. I noticed that much, now I that see (other) more red ones. I was going westbound as I recall, and it was going east. My memory is perfect, just short.

Thanks.

Loc,

Thanks for the shots out the windscreen! Those are quite inspirational for those of us still on the sidelines to get a bus and get out there.:D

Actually Roger, my red bus was sold to a person somewhere in the vicinity of the east coast (Steve Bennett would know). The new owner sells fire engines, so the red bus fit his company just perfect. Last I saw, however, it had it wrapped, showing flames above the SS.

Heres the red one, should still be on the highway somewhere in the east:

And this is the bus which got totaled in the fire. It's been recently seen in the ORA Las Vegas, evidently purchased by someone from Canada who got a "heck of a deal". I understand he wasn't so happy when Marathon refused to fix it for him! Although I like my new bus, I really liked this 40 ft Marathon.

Yes, this looks very close to, or the same as, the one I saw go by. But.....I thought it might be a POG member who could confirm they were passing through.

Ray,

That 40 foot XL2 was pretty cool.

I hope all is well.

Yeah, I was really sorry to see it go. Although I like my new coach a lot, that 40 footer still ranks highest among my coaches. I will admit, I'm getting to like my current coach more and more.

Loc,

Do you think you could wash the bugs off of that windshield every thousand or so miles? I know you like to leave them for your porter to clean off, but maybe you can get one of those telescoping poles so you can at least reach the bottom half..........
