I know that many of the P O G members are computer gurus in their other world, but there are some of us that just bump along the best we can.
I know a function that some may find useful, as I do. Here it is.
Press and hold down the control key, then tap the + or - key to make the print larger or smaller to your desired size. (you do not need the shift key, just press the key with + or - on it.)

Tom, it works for me on any non Mac product I have tried it on.
Maybe you just have a different combination to the desired end, ie LARGE PRINT YOU DON"T HAVE TO SQUINT AT!

All major operating systems have the feature of enlarging or decreasing the print size, Mac or PC. Laptop or desktop is not the issue. But printing is always a concern (will it fit, will pagination make sense). Besides that, if you have any major word processor or program suite, that will work also within the program(s). Finally, any major operating system can be configured for most any different language/script.
Another opportunity to be wrong.
