Made my first trip to the Calgary Stampede Chuckwagon Races last night. What a wreck. We had a great time and the temperature here is about 70, so even Lew won't sweat.
The rodeo and race is something to see. These folks do it right. Up until I thought my room AC was pulling a Ray Davis at almost midnight. I got up and pounded it with my fist (a trick I learned from Jon) and that didn't help. It was making some awful racket.
Then I pulled a Lew. Turns out it was the fireworks display from the Stampede and it quit pretty soon. Guess I didn't think they would shoot fireworks off at midnight on a Thursday. My bad.

Lots of RV's up here as well. With this kind of weather, Alberta has to be a great place to visit in the summer. Lots of Prevosts as well. Most are seated coaches.
