Looking for a Post about Phone Info

With no luck, I've searched for the posts about the phone # you can dial and get info and phone listings for someone/something in any area of the U.S. Similar to dialing 411. Can someone point me in the direction of the thread. I thought I saved the information, but I can't find it.
