Headlight change?

Got the 9004 bulbs. Now, can somebody help me cut through the learning curve? Do I drop the font bumper and change it from behind? Or do I take off the chrome around the lights and access them from the front? Any special tools required? I read something about an 8" 5/32 hex head with T handle if I remember correctly.

Do the bulbs just snap in and out?

It's been awhile since I changed the bulbs on my 93 CC. But, as I remember it was a very simple process.

Pull off the chrome cover, and then you'll see the headlight housing. A few screws hold that in. Remove them, and the bulb access should be obvious.
