Well, finding it necessary to venture into Oregon to search for Steelhead, I took a drive around and found that they named a street after our very own Tommy Trukster.. :p

If you like steelhead then I'd suggest the Situk river; Yakatat, Alaska during mid-May. We had a blast.

Jello - Just got back from Oregon and Washington - The Columbia river and all the upper tributaries are FULL of steelhead - My son in law and grandsons have been fishing above McNary Dam ( Hermiston ) and catching steelhead up to 20 lbs every trip.

Hi Ken. It was spectacular indeed... I was down around the Grants Pass, Rouge River area... It was really nice.
