OK, been a little busy, but Brian delivered the Liberty on Thursday and I finally got 2600 miles of road grime removed and it's looking good. This bus is in incredible condition and I think I have just about got everything figured out. Here's a picture for those of you that have never seen Brian's ex-bus:

The only real problem so far, is having Nancy open one of the bedroom cabinets and look what we find!

This can only happen in the POG group and I'm sure these delightful garment will show up at another time and place.:D
Meanwhile, Mole Boy is at Liberty Land lounging in his new to him Royale, wondering what happened to his Lingerie and tearing the Saturn apart trying to find the dainty things that he hoped he didn't leave in Trukville.
Is this group nuts or what!:p

The 8V92 is the foundation of Prevost. It is as much an integral part of Prevost as stainless sides.
From my limited perspective its only drawback is it lacks the efficiency in terms of MPG compared to the Series 60, but think of the benefits of the 8V92.
It can be fully serviced without disassembling the bedroom. It is reliable. It pulls just as well as the Series 60, a little slower off the line, but once it gets underway it will hang right there. And there is no engine in the world that makes such a sweet sound.

I've had that same bus sitting in my driveway before, and it looked great then and now. It looks great even with that plastic latch on the sewer door.

That Bus looks so nice, you better put a Plastic Shield on the front of it to maintain the pristine image !

Dale, Those latches are actually made of high quality, tempered steel as befits a Liberty.
Tom, The crack about the plastic shield just might qualify Jim for a little midnight visit, ya think?
Lew, They're actually rumored to belong to one of the taco twins. Wonder which one has the Toni......???
And, not to be outdone by Truk, here's our new ride, purchased from the fine folks at Liberty on the worst day in the market since '29. Hope it doesn't qualify us for a spot in the bread-line.

Brian: Congrats on the new ride. Looks like a fine piece of rolling "Stock" to me. Look forward to seeing it in person. Liberty Coach in Stuart,-- well they are the best.
I wouldn't sweat what that market does on a "day" basis, it is a roller coaster. Gas Prices & Truk are more predictable.
Are you heading home yet? We of "sophisticated taste" are meeting in Mobile weekend of the 25th, I am sure they would have room for one more, besides you need to eat more.

Nice ride Brian. When do we get to see the inside? How long before we are allowed to pick on you for buying a Royale. It didn't take long before Truk was on the King's case for getting the CC.

Brian, Great looking bus. Hope you can delay your return long enough to come by the Mobile rally, so we can get a first-hand look. Also, feel free to stop by the house on your way back and spend the night.

Brian: What a beauty! I'll bet it's a great one if you chose it. Lets hear a little more about it and more pictures. Maybe we can see it at the next west Coast Poggers mini rally. Rummer has it there won't be oysters instead it will be Lake Havasu Carp. Those So Cal Boys sure have class. Hope to see you soon.

Congratulations Brian and Beverly, both for getting a new bus and getting Truk back into one.
Does it come equipped with the ACME Automatic Mole Harvester?
