I ordered some touch up paint through Guaranty and they won't ship it cause it's classified as Hazardous. When it comes in, is anyone close enough to JC that could pick it up for me?

Truk,

You should have the paint codes in your manuals, I do. They may also be posted on that rag nailed up behind the bathroom vanity mirrors. Anyway, cancel the order, all CC paint is Sikkens, two stage since the mid 90's. Find a local guy and give him the codes...a Sikkens dealer would be best.

Only 40 bucks and not worth all the crap to deal with someone locally. Are you going to pick them up for me or not you ole jet jocky?:)

Later this month I will be doing some scouting for hunting and will be in the area. I could pick it up and pass it to Brain or Peter if either one is going to the SD rally.

Truk,

Janet and I are in Diamond Lake/Crater Lake until Tuesday, then driving to Junction City to see Nick on the 13th and 14th. Would be glad to get your package if it is ready. Cell 818 262-5025, if no answer leave message. Cell service is sketchy right here. Or e-mail to kenzittrer@mac.com.

Talk soon,

Ken

We will be in Medford and Ashland, and up to Portland for a day next wednsday. Call my cell if I can relay or pick it up. 805-896-0222.
I may still make it to Spearfish.

Ken,

Here is a photo of the paint warehouse. There are some other things there for the Trukman, so don't forget to pick all the stuff up.

JDUB,

I'll make sure all the stuff on the "packing list" is present and accounted for.

My touch up paint is ready at Guaranty in Junction City for pick-up. Just my luck, Ken was there until Friday AM, but the order wasn't yet ready.

Anyone else near?

Hi Tom. Lise was in Portland Tuesday and Wednsday but we are in Ashland, Oregon until Monday. About 185 miles away I believe. If you can get it delivered to Brian, maybe he can get it to you in South Dakota.

Thanks Gary, hopefully someone will come along. They won't ship them as they're considered hazardous.

Tom I am curious. How is it that they normally get product in and out. By foot?

Unbelievable. Another tribute to our wonderful elected officials.

Tom, study the link I have supplied.
While not about/from the specific paint company supplying you, there is information that should enable you to ship your product to you at a reasonable cost.

Tom,

If Spearfish works, I can sure get the paint and bring it to you. Had assumed you might have needed it to fix the owie caused by the Taco Boy during his drafting attempt. Hope he's better at formation flying.

I have a friend that had the paint shipped to a construction company friend of his.
