I have three large mirrors on the ceiling of my 1997 Marathon. There is a film that I am unable to remove from the mirror when cleaning them. I am trying different rags and it appears the rags, cloths, t-shirt, paper towel are leaving the film. When viewed at an angle the film is very obvious.
Any ideas?

Try a micro fiber cloth. When you wash them do not use fabric softner.

some converters use polished aluminum and some use glass, are you sure yours is glass?

Best glass cleaner I have used hands down is "Stoners Invisible Glass Cleaner"... The stuff works great! Use it on my show cars and you would swear there is no glass on the car. It is that good. I have tried all others and nothing comes close. Always use a micro fib. towel.

Jim,

Take a good look at those "mirrors" The newer airliners use a plexiglass sheet covered with a reflective film on the outside, the polishing side if you will. They do this for weight and flexibility and of course safety. Make certain that you do not have these or something close to them installed in you coach otherwise all of that polishing will only provide a clear view of the gutz of the coach, behind the mirrors.

This stuff works great.
Removed all the film and easy to use.
No more Windex.
