57 t0 24 is a very little bit longer mileage but no Gary, Indy or Louisville and less hills. Time will be shorter.

The thrifty folks will be considering the current fuel price situation and running Rt 41. Its 70 miles less than 65 or 57 from Chi to Nashville. Ya run down through there at night most of the lights flash yellow and very very little traffic in the overnight hours. With an 8-V that would be almost 15 gal. less. Deb goes that way all the time when she goes to Tenn in the P-U. Gets all the way to Clarksville on 1 tank.

In Southern Il. on 57 about the 50 MM. You would then go through Paducah Ky. & Clarksville Tn. on your way to Nashville.
