I need SJ-27 oil for Jun-Air compressor.
Anybody has a good source for it ? Is there any substitute for this oil ?

Additionally note:It is important to observe that the maximum duty cycle of the oil-lubricated JUN-AIR compressors is 50% and that the maximum operation time of each cycle is 15 min. Consequently, a standstill of 15 min. is required before the next start.


Only genuine SJ-27 oil may be used on JUN-AIR’s oil-lubricated compressors in order for the compressor to work properly.

Anyone else thinking synthetic oil in a compressor would be a good thing should research it thoroughly, before just going at it whole hog.

Some compressors and air systems have components that will fail prematurely when synthetic oil is used.
