View Full Version : Light Replacement

I need to replace either the light or the shade on the light in my shower. I've looked at several local RV shops with no results. I've also searched the internet with no luck. Does anyone know of a good source for RV lights? The diameter of the light is about 5 1/2" at the base.

You might start with sending your photo to the parts dept at CC. Much of the hardware they use on their conversions comes from the plastic side.

Check out Campingworld or just a local RV repair shop. Should be easy to find.

I checked with Camping World and all the local shops, and they don't have anything close. Since I made the post, I've found a couple on eBay that apper to be very close. If I can't get the exact replacement from CC, I'll try one of the eBay units.

There are a couple of places in Elkhart IN and one in Madison OH that deal in current and surplus RV components - I'll get you the contact info when I get to work in the AM

Your light looks a lot like some I've seen tn marine supply stores, such as West Marine.

Might be worth a check....

Dale,

It is made by Sealand. Check out any marine store. When you will mount it back, keep the brass ring loose if not the glass lens will crack.

I had checked with our local West Marine, but they didn't have one. Country Coach is trying to get it for me. Alek, I think you are right that the lens cracked from being too tight.

I was pleasantly surprised that Country Coach called back yesterday , and they are sending me an exact replacement for $20 plus shipping. That is less than a similar one I saw on eBay.

Same here, I newer had any problems with Country Coach Prevost support.
