Liberty Lawsuit?

Hi guys, long time no talk to. I've been busy fighting the economy alligators and so far they're winning. Was Googling around this AM and see that some insurance company has filed a product liabilty lawsuit against Liberty Coach and Webasto in western Arr Kansas. Anybody know anything about it?

I wonder if it has to do with the H3 which Jdub posted some time back which was brand new and burned to the ground on its maiden voyage.
