On the front page of this site (you have to be signed it to read it) at the bottom, there is a tab entitled, "Prevost Shell." This article is a quick overview of the finances of the Prevost Shell moving from Quebec into the hands of the converter to the new buyer. Hopefully this will help in understanding a bit of the black magic involved in this process.
