Toilet Doesn't Flush

Need help getting our Kohler Head Hunter toilet to Flush. Has lots of water and pressure coming in but nothing going out. I'm thinking there has to be a valve not opening somewhere.

I have a headhunter toilet in my CC bus and when it is plugged (grand kids and too much paper) and not draining there is a little door behind my toilet that I can open and reach in to a valve that you close and it forces the flushing water to clear the clog. I called the factory and they told me about it and works amazingly well. Have had to use it numerous times since and works every time.
