Signature Coach Works, Beaumont, CA - Donald Driscoll
If you ever require the services of a Prevost certified shop in the Southern California (e.g., Indio) area, I highly recommend this knowledgeable, reliable and honest business.
After having a pair of fleet valve stems on both Tag wheels changed to standard stems, we woke the next morning to find our Coach sitting completely down on the stops at each corner! Initially, we thought maybe something had been pinched or, maybe a faulty Ride height valve by the drive axle? Tried airing the Coach up 4-5 times to see whether a stuck valve might become unstuck…only to have the air continue to leak until back on all the stops.
Called Signature Coach Works (Roberta and Nora in the office and Parts are wonderful to speak with and great at communicating/call backs!) and within a day, Donald (owner) and Nathan (mechanic) dispatched out to Desert Shores in Indio to help determine the actual cause of our problem! They checked the Ride height valves, made some slight adjustments, soaped all the valves and air bags…verifying all were still good.
Ultimately, the culprit turned out to be the electric 3-way Norgren valve in the electronics compartment under the Driver’s seat.
They will order (2) new…one spare for future precautions and re-dispatch once received to install.
Additionally, they precisely installed the replacement gasket for the Cesana circular shower and realigned the shower framing to ensure no water leakage.
Trustworthy, thorough, honest and professional with no unnecessary or excessive charges! They easily could have insisted that I bring the Coach 85-miles to them. Or, found miscellaneous additional things to charge…but, they didn’t and wouldn’t - as that is not how they run their business. Highly, highly recommend.
We know that our Coach will stay aired and be safe as we head back across country in a couple weeks!
Safe travels everyone.
