POG access from Europe?

We're in Europe for a few weeks (Without the coach) and I've been unable to access POG website while outside the US. If I VPN into a US location, then it works fine. This has happened from multiple countries (Italy, Portugal) and multiple ISPs.

Does anyone know whether POG website blocks traffic from outside the US?

Yes - access is blocked - in the past we had very bad issues with scammers from outside of the US & Canada -
