What is the box raised floor in front b/r closet

I was looking at a 2001 marathon Prevost H3 with bedroom slide and salon slide. In the bedroom there is a front closet immediately as you enter to the right inside the bedroom when you open the door it has a raised floor about up 18 inches. It appears to be boxing out something. I’m wondering what is below that raised floor box area. This closet is in the bedroom immediately next to the shower as you enter the bedroom

I was thinking about possibly putting a head in the closet but the floor is too high and also this closet is inside the slide area. Your advice would be greatly appreciated

Did you see a grill under the closet door? It could be a heater.

No I didn’t see any grill on the opposite side they had a TV and refrigerator in one of the bays

I'm not a fan of plumbing in a slide.

Well Doc if you were to put a toilet on top of that box you would find it is sitting on top of your slide motor.
