What is the approximate cost to add a rear shower, head, sink on an H3

I have spoken to several renovators concerning adding a shower, sink, head in the rear bedroom closet area of a non-slide 2001 Prevost H3. The shower would be a Tiled shower with nicer finishes in the bathroom. I’ve been quoted figures ranging from $12-$18,000. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the cost would be…??? Also what anticipated problems do you think we will encounter.
